Child Evangelism Fellowship
Location:
Nis, in southern Serbia. Darko is the Team Leader for CEF in Serbia and Montenegro .
Ministry:
Darko and Lidija are the only full-time workers in southern Serbia , although they do have the help of a few volunteers from local churches. They have been missionaries since 2001, and have been in their current location since 2004. Their primary focus is the evangelization of children and teenagers. They also run prayer meetings every Thursday. They minister in 12 locations to families, refugee camps, hospitals, etc. They run camps for children of various ages, organize conferences and seminars for teachers, and care for team members.
Pray:
That the ministry would progress, for new workers at their location. Pray for their team and financial support. They need a new car for the ministry, and also because their family is getting bigger with a third child just arrived. And they are happy for their team of support, but they are still $500 short per month. (Updated: 8/27/07)
