Meets Tuesday evenings ages 3-18 to participate in games, scripture memory, crafts, and to lead other children to Christ

A God charged ministry designed to reach out to the Middle School age students of our community for Christ
Refuel Wednesdays - Meets Wednesdays for worship and small groups
Worship Practice - Worship practice for Sunday Service
Sunday Service - Worship and deepening their relationship with Christ

To share the gospel with students in their high school years and challenge them to grow in their faith
Small Groups: to provide an intimate environment where accountability, honesty and unconditional love yields authentic disciples that bear fruit
Saturday Nights: are for those who don’t know Christ. By having fun in an atmosphere of love and acceptance will build genuine relationships and encourage them to attend Sunday morning service.
Saturday Service: a time for believers to grow as disciples, given opportunities to serve, as well as being stretched by a relevant Bible-based message, to make worshiping God more central in their young lives

To prepare, encourage and love single adults so as to fulfill their God-ordained purpose and ministry
Counseling – Facilitating restoration and recovery for those hurting, struggling or confused in the church. Encountering Jesus Christ in the midst of life situations is the goal

Small Group Ministry - To build the church as community by intentionally connecting people in small groups for prayer, Biblical study, fellowship, and service for the purpose of growth, discipleship, and evangelism
Connection l – Membership class 2nd Sunday of every other month
Connection II - Maturity in Christ class, offered through CBC BI.
Connection III – Ministry class, offered through CBC BI.
3XG Dessert Social – Third Wednesday of every month held at Pastor Barry’s home, or Oasis Café depending on the attendance.
Baptism – Last weekend of every other month, incorporated into service times except Beach Baptism at
Usher/Greeter – Ministry used to facilitate a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the church with a handshake and a warm smile. Helps seat those in need and hands out bulletins. Also responsible for security and elimination if distractions during worship servicesServices needed : set-up/clean-up, assist with food prep, childcare for the . Connection class, Baptism and provision of dessert items for 3XG.
Shepherds Leadership Training Program – To rise up gentle, humble servants of God to prayerfully reach a lost world with the gospel of Jesus Christ by building and bringing those the Lord has placed in our lives
Care/Hospitality Pastor – Pastor Leroy Patton (858) 549-7729 ext. 106
Prayer Ministry: Prays for and follows up on specific prayer request. Coordinates church prayer chains and prayer events. Prays and visits those in the Hospital or ill at home.
Feed the Flock: Leads up teams to the feed those in need of assistance
Hospitality: Directs those who have hospitality gifts to areas of need in each of our ministries.

To draw people to the heart of God through worship and to show people the condition of man and the need for a Savior through drama. This ministry also oversees the sound engineers (sound booth), and media for church services and special events.

Shannon Boelter – Analyzes and proves all written, visual, digital photography, and communication that goes out through CBC.
Bryna Byfield – Receptionist – answering of phones.

The members of CBC support missionaries throughout the world. CBC also works with organizations to send our members on mission trips to places such as
Volunteer Ministry: Coordinator – Robyn Ross (858) 549-7729 ext. 117
Volunteers: Guides volunteers to the ministry that God has called them to. This is usually a result from the graduates of Connection III.
Wedding Coordinator: Helps facilitate weddings that take place here on our campus.
Men’s Ministry: Director – Lynwood
Reaching and developing Men to become Godly leaders through Discipleship to Glorify and Serve Him and to become men who can be Trusted by God in all areas of there life.

The endeavor to build up each other as women with the application of God’s Word as we grow together through prayer and friendship. Our lives will reflect our devotion to the Lord and our commitment to one another as women.
Halfway House Ministry: Director – Ken Schexnayder (858) 586-9441
Every weekend this ministry brings men, women, and children from the San Diego Rescue Mission to our services; so that these precious souls can worship their Creator Who, like us, is waiting to embrace them with arms of love.
Bookstore Ministry: (Veritas) Director –
The bookstore is open on the weekend before and after services.
