Welcome to Heritage Chapel!
The CBC Traditional Service features the great familiar hymns of the church, the Heritage choir and orchestra, set in an intimate environment and surrounded by friends who love the Christian fellowship of Heritage, dynamic preaching of Pastor Minkow and welcoming visitors each Sunday.
The chapel is located a short walk to the right of the main auditorium, and provides ample parking within a few steps of the chapel.
Senior pastor, Barry Minkow brings his morning message from the main auditorium via our large up close and personal video screen.
In his weekly personal appearance at Heritage Pastor Barry gives the congregation a special greeting and a brief introduction to the morning message.
The Heritage Chapel service begins promptly at 9:00 A.M. Attendees and visitors are given a warm welcome and introduced to our weekly refreshments of fresh fruit, coffee rolls and special gourmet delights. Our host "Venue Pastor" is Pastor Gene French who is the founding Pastor of Community Bible Church. Under his pastorial guidance, Heritage offers an active women's outreach, a small group bible study, music opportunities and spiritual care for all those in need.

Gene French is the founder of Community Bible Church. He and his wife Shirley started the church in 1984. Beginning in a rented office building in Scripps Ranch with 12 people in attendance the church had a steady growth that forced them to move three times to accommodate the crowd.
Within a short period of time the Lord led Pastor French into the present building where it was soon purchased by CBC and after several remodeling has become the CBC home. He
was senior pastor of the church for fourteen years
Pastor French, after retirement, has returned to CBC to join Pastor Minkow in leading an effective and dynamic Heritage Chapel with the preaching of Pastor Barry Minkow.
